Development

A world-class city like Boston deserves the attention of community-oriented developers who know how to respect the historic neighborhoods and unique nature of the city, while enhancing the organic cityscape, to meet the needs of its changing inhabitants. Meredith Management has a long and distinguished history of developing new and renovated residential communities and commercial properties. The Meredith Team takes pride in helping Boston meet the age of the “smart city.” Being selective in undertaking new development projects, Meredith Management actively seeks opportunities where the expert team can develop sites using new, mixed-use projects or recycle and reposition old or existing properties.

Currently, Meredith is developing Fenway Center linking Boston’s famous Audubon, Fenway and Kenmore Square neighborhoods.

Fenway is a strategic gateway location within the City of Boston given its convergent location that joins four other thriving and active neighborhoods: the Back Bay, the Fenway area, Longwood Medical Area, and Brookline. Kenmore has always served as a major transportation hub. The Fenway Center development is a “Smart Growth,” transit, and sustainable energy-oriented development that will include 312 apartment residences, commercial office space, and neighborhood-oriented retail spaces directly adjacent to the new Lansdowne Commuter Rail Station, one block from the MBTA’s Kenmore Square and Fenway Green Line Stations.
